I believe the canister connections on the strombergs are subject to manifold vacuum. This tends to suck the vapors from the canister. If you just run the lines to the air cleaners, I doubt there will be sufficient vacuum to vent the canister. The valve cover vent could be run to the air cleaners. The vent tube should be put on the carb. air inlet side on the cleaners so as to not goo them up. Hops this helps some Bill '70 6 |
