Hi All,
About 3 months ago my son and I started on a restoration of a TR250 that
had been sitting in a barn for 22years. Actually it was in very good
condition, with the exception of pigeon droppings and plenty of dirt.
We've been taking pictures of everything, but would like to know if there
is anyone out there that has a color scheme
for the engine compartment. If it was polished alumium
it will stay that way, but some of the parts had surface rust with no paint on
it. I think the engine block was painted black. Was everything
black(starter,engine block,water pump)? We would really like to detail it
nicely, but still staying as stock as possible.
