Philip---There was so much controversy over which to use that about 20
years ago I mixed my own concoction of gear oil and Lubriplate into a
slurry. I spoon feed this into a grease gun and use it for both the
steering rack/pinnion and the trunnion grease nipples. It easily pumps
out of a standard grease gun. I give these a couple of shots about once
a year. So far, so good...
