My experience with the PCV valve on my '69 TR6 (using the same manifolds as 
your car) is that the valve is pressed in and not threaded.  As for the 
banjo connector I believe you can order a replacement unit along with it's 
two fiber washers from TRF:
http://www.the-roadster-factory.com/ or one of the other parts houses; Moss 
Motors, VB, etc.
