Todd...
According to the Bentley manual the "crankcase breather valve" (pancake 
shaped object about 2" in diameter!) unscrews. Page 162 under "Emission 
Control". 

I haven't taken mine off during the restoration yet...but I will check it 
today to double check. 

Hope this helps...can't help with the banjo connector...could it be drilled 
out?
