Hold on a second Chuck, this may not be your clutch slipping. It could
well be the overdrive.

Thanks Tim. Got the tranny out this AM and, sure enough, nothing wrong
with the clutch, TO bearing, forks, etc. Talked to British Parts NW
regarding getting a new disk plate, and he gave me the insight to the
OD. ODs are very strong that the problem is with the slipping
transmission is in the OD. Anyone done an exchange with that British
Company that offers exchange J type rebuilds for 175 pounds? Quality,
delivery time, cost if freight is expedited. If not, I probably will
and will post my findings.

May end up opting for the New Zealand supplied Toyota 5 speed [anyone
ever get one -- seen it in lots of threads].
