I've been putting together my LBC kit car, a.k.a., '74 TR6. I've had occasion to purchase both Girling and Lockheed hydraulics. It sees that Lockheed has a significant edge in quality of design and execution. For example, I just got a Lockheed clutch slave that is clearly superior in design to the Girling it replaces, but costs more than a tad more. Any thoughts on the subject by the more experienced in this discussion group? Jerry Shaw CF20490UO |
