Not sure if anyone responded to your question.  Go to http://www.6-pack.org .   
From there go the the visitors section and then follow the links to "JOIN".  
Back issues of the newsletter are available to members.  Once you join, you can 
go to the members area of the website and fill out a form for back issues.
