William---I don't have a Bosch pump, but know that most pumps don't like to 'run empty.' Is it possible that the pump is located to where it's effected by fuel slosh, (cavitation, as when decelerating) or low fuel level? Does it make the same sound when the car is not moving, thereby eliminating the drive train? Dick T. |
