Front Suspension

Hi Everyone,

I'm rebuilding my front suspension. Does anyone have a creative way of 
removing the two interior bolts on the upper fulcrum? I was planning to 
remove, clean and paint it but I'm almost afraid to take it off for fear I 
won't be able to get it tightened down again!

Also any opinions on who has the best Nylon/Polyurethane Bushing Set TRF, 
Moss or VB? Or does it really matter?
