Suffered the consequence of failing to deal with a leaking roof during the summer. Ice on both interior and exterior of the roof made the rear window brittle enough to split while patrolling a particularly rough country road. (Who would ever believe that the UK could ever be cold and not just wet!) Are there any recommended fixes? So far a combination of careful use of a hair dryer and some adhesive backed clear plastic seems to have worked well enough. Any ideas? |
