I saw a TR6 with a console installed in it this past weekend at the 
Indianapolis British car show and it looked really nice.  I asked the owner 
where he bought it and he said he bought it from the local Triumph dealer 
back in 1979...the dealer had it left over in his inventory and sold it to 
him for $50.  I've never seen one for sale, but I'm not surprised that one 
would go for $400 on Ebay.
