Yes. You will need a regular rivet tool (Home Depot, Sears, etc...). Plus
this tip: the studs have a recessed shoulder into which the rivet fits and
it is unlikely your rivet tool will have a narrow enough head to properly
seat the rivet while the shank is being pulled into place. So what you can
do is take a 'nipple' from a spark plug (the brass piece the wire attaches
to) and place it on the rivet shank. That way you will be able to seat the
rivet tightly on the stud while the shank is being pulled. Depending on the
length of the rivet shanks, you might have to cut the nipple to make sure
your rivet tool can still grab the shank.
