Seeking Surrogate buyer (Cedar Rapids area)

Hi folks,
How do I search for a surrogate buyer to check out a car for me? The car is
in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am in Cincinnati, OH.

The car is a 1970 TR6, and is located at a specialty car dealer, European
Motors, Ltd.

If anyone is already familiar with this car, please let me know your
thoughts, or if you know how I might be able to hook up with someone that
can check it out for me.

Any experiences with the dealer would be great to hear as well.
