I have a question that probably relates to spline lock. The female portion
of the half-shafts is hollow all the way out to the u-joint yoke. One of my
half-shafts has a cap on the end covering the splines and the other does
not. Does anyone know where I can buy a new cap? Most places that I have
asked don't even believe that a hole exists to be capped. I would think
that it's just another place where dirt can get into your splines.
