exhaust leak

Try I good exhaust sealant like Wurth a german brand, I was told by a friend
who does preformance work on VW's that they always use this paste when
assembling performance exhaust on them, I had the same problem and it was
cured using the paste and exhaust clamps that are like a round plate and has
two clamps on each end.
