TR6 HEAD

Hello folks,
I a rebuilding my TR6 head ad need some advice. I understand that the
original head  does not come with seals. Do hey have  seals available that
ca be install in the rebuilt version? If yes, were can I obtain the seals?
Also is there any recommendation as to what part to use or not to use? I
really want to do this right the first time and eradicate not only my
smoking problem, but also keep the engine running great for years to come.
