Most North American Vintage Race clubs belong to the Vintage Motorsports Council (VMC), which sets some basic guidelines and tracks driver eligibility for North America, but does not issue a set of rules and regulations. Clubs may chose to issue their own race license, or use the optional VMC issued liscense. Each Vintage Race organization has it's own set of rules and regulations, and list of eligibile cars.
European clubs run under FIA regulations.
We will be happy to list the rules of any vintage clubs which are submitted in electronic form. (Email, disk, whatever, as long as it doesn't have to be re-typed).
