Marlin

Paul Moorhouse's Marline Roadster debuted in 1979. It's one of the most succesful and best engineered of all kits. In 1984 a new model, the Berlinetta joined.
It was a 2+2 seater while the Roadster only had two seats but the two models were equally easy to build. Single donor was the Ford Cortina (later Sierra and Fiat engined versions followed). Again aluminium body and glassfibre wings/nose/scuttle/tail over a steel chassis, bottom-hinged boot with external spare, double-skinned ally doors with (gasp!) winding windows and optional removable hard top. Along with the Roadster it migrated to Yorkshire Kit Car Engineering in 1992.
