The nuts and bolts on my Morgan were Whitworth and British standard. During this restoration, I decided to replace most of the nuts and bolts. However, in stead of using the British types or metric, I replaced them with the closest SAE (American) counter part I could find as listed below.
Lucas wire connectors:
Double - 7 - 3 rear, 3 mid, 1 front harness
Single - 11 - 2 rear, 2 mid, 3 front right, 3 front left, 1 heater.

I recommend that most of these be Stainless Steel as they don't rust and can be polished. While the cost is slightly more, it is not that much more!.
