British Car magazine

Does anybody know what happened to a magazine called "British Car"? I think
that was the name. It was a U.S. publication and the name of the editor
escapes me right now. I seem to recall it was folded or swallowed up by a
big fish or something. At any rate, their former web presence has
disappeared.
