I am restoring a Ford GT 40, Serial GT 40 P/1005 and need to fabricate a
new upper rear control arm.
The inside of the arm swings on a Sperical Bearing with an o.d. of
1.3750. I would like to purchase the steel collar that the bearing
fits into, which is retained by a circlip on each end, and to which the
tube of the arm is welded.
Can anyone help with a source of those collar's? It would likely be a
supplier of chassis parts for fabricating sprints, etc.
