SB Chevy engine rebuilder recommendation sought

Looking for someone in the Pacific Northwest, or west coast in general,
who is capable of a F5000 (SB Chevy) rebuild, with particular emphasis
on authenticity, where sensible.  References appreciated.  I'd prefer
someone who keeps the customer in the loop.
