lOTUS 51A

Does anyone know the correct Triumph part numbers for the front
suspension upright ( left hand )  and the stub axle. The one I have lost
to a concrete wall , and I am trying to replace them but the dealers
want to know part numbers or specific car model. Telling them Lotus 51
just gets a groan!.
