New to Weber Carbs

Can anyone recommend a good resource for learning the
basics of Weber carbs? And an economical source for
the associated jets, etc?

I'm looking at a triple 40 DCOE set-up I got at a
bargain price and don't know where to begin!

I've found some web sites, but none with just a basic
introduction to the buggers.
