Anyone use carbon-fiber brake shoes from Superior Friction in San Jose, CA? The carbon fiber material is both glued and brass riveted to the steel shoe. I have heard that they generate less drum heat and give better pedal under racing conditions. Cost is about $120/axle. Phil Los Gatos 63 Porsche 356 B vintage racer |
