IROC Race Camaro's

Anyone out there an expert on these old Penske race cars.  I have a line on
a first year, ('74 -- still has a GM frame), IROC car and was wondering if
someone out in cyber vintage race world could give me few pointers regarding
the car and what to look for before I but down good money for the beast.
