Best pair I ever saw was a Nash Metropolitan (show, not race, car) towed by a Nash Statesman (I think) - the large version of the car being towed. Only a couple of other large/small combinations like that occur to me - a Triumph Mayflower towed by a Standard/Triumph Reknown, and an Austin A-40 Sports towed by a 50s vintage Jensen Interceptor (they even used the same doors). Can anyone else suggest any more pairs like this? Bill Spohn |
