Early Spitfire Door Handles

I'm looking for early Spitfire outside door handles, the type you turn, not 
the type you pull.  I am restoring a Ford powered Elva Courier.  Victoria 
British doesn't seem to have them.  Does anyone know where I can get 
reproduction or good original handles?
