I have a fresh, new Ivey twin cam complete with carbs, clutch, flywheel, legal for vintage in an Elan. Dyno time only, about 157 HP, good torque, etc. I paid $8500 plus shipping and considered it a bargain. It has never been out of Iveys shipping crate.
