VSCCA Preservation Class

The LRP lap time for the preservation class is 1:20. In theory you aren't
supposed to be quicker and if youi are you get 'bumped'. In practice I
get the feeling it sort of depends on who's holding the watch.

FWIW, I've run my TD in a couple of races in this class and had some
terrific dices with similar speed cars.
