John, et al,

I received the same invite.  Sounded good, but the wife says "You
got to be kidding, you were just there 2 weeks ago!"  Anyway,
their proposed groups look surprisingly like the old SVRA
groupings.  I too am interested in who and what this new
sanctioning body is all about.
