Fred,
My trailer towing experience is very similar to yours, 25 foot covered trailer
with a Ford Explorer Sport ( two door).  The change to a four door Durango and
an "Equal-izer tow bar has resulted in a very stable set up.  I was told that
a short wheel base tow vehiclfe would result in sway but I had to experiment
myself to believe the difference.
