I'd support Dick's response to Severin Thompson regarding VMC value to the
clubs.  Just the VMC-negotiated savings on insurance for ALL vintage clubs
alone makes the VMC effort a very worthwhile endeavor.   I'd also agree with
Severin that I'm disappointed if only 7 of 23 clubs were reporting sanctions
(probations and suspensions, especially).  Frankly I thought participation
was higher.
