Wow! Harling must be a Superman if he can cut Lexan with scissors! I use a special hollow ground sabersaw blade at a very low speed to keep it from heating up and sealing shut behind the cut. Don't forget to put down masking tape on the Lexan before you mark it and cut it so that the sole of the saw doesn't scratch it. |
