Anyone out there racing early mustangs (Shelby's) with over ride traction bars?

Do you have any troubles with the brackets on the rear axle hitting frame rails?
Where can I get the rubber boots to seal the floor where the bar goes through?
How big  have you had to cut out the floor to get them to clear?
