Jim, except for the smell of Castrol R emanating from a snarling racing engine, which has for some the same effect as Viagra, I can think of no other good reason for using it. A synthetic will give better protection from heat. Any good oil with Moly added with give better lubrication. PS I used to put a Tablespoon full of Castrol R in the gas of my lawn mower just to sniff it while I was mowing the lawn. PPS While I admit sniffing, I never inhaled. |
