Brake Caliper pistons

Can anyone help??

I am in desperate need of new brake caliper pistons for a 1965 E-type. None
of the big parts suppliers stock such a thing, and I have even heard that
they are not available. This would be a great shame, as all of the caliper
cylinders have been re-bored by Aple Hydrolics at a cost of $400!! 

Does anyone have, know someone that has, or now a suplier of some new pistons?
