1959 Fiat Abarth Record Monza, Riverside Foreign Car Club?

Hello,
I have a plaque on my dash that has the following info:
Raceway I 
11 13 66 
Riverside Foreign Car Club (Is it still around?, past members?)
Large R with a clockwise arrow encircling it.
Light blue background 
It is on the dash of a 1959 Fiat Abarth Record Monza
