To run a Tunner in Vscca you must have fifteen inch wheels and drum brakes.
This is not a problem in the rear using wire wheels. But what does one do
for the front? I have heard that there is a Riley that used fifteen inch by
5 solid wheels with the 4x4 bolt pattern. Any ideas would be helpful
