Let me get this right, is anyone not using a bladder in their cell? The
bladder is the most vital part of a fuel cell. Without it, any penetration of
the container will still spill fuel, even if there is foam inside. Contact
either Fuel Safe or ATL to get the correct answers to the other questions.
