Susan,
        That surprises me.  The driver and his partner (wife? Significant other?
Whatever...) whom I dealt with were 100% professional, careful, etc.  A pal of
mine also had his trike shipped by Intercity and had recommended them to me.
        I suppose as with any operation, things aren't always smooth...
        Sorry to hear about your problem, I trust at least the car is running 
now and
leaking only where normal.
