That's Preston Lerner's Scarab book. Last I knew Classic Motorbooks had
them. If not, you can usually find one at the Lime Rock flea market.
Also try Alan & Wnedy at Off Course Racewear (in PA), or Driving
Impressions at Lime Rock, the store. It's not hard to find. Shoud be
around thirty bucks.
By the way, I would love to get your video, let me know your address and
the price...
