The Philippine Motor Association, the national motor club, does have a
badge, and I think also the VW Club.  MSCC ran out some time back, but is in
the process of putting out a new batch.  I will look around for you (am
leaving for the Monterey Laguna Seca weekend!) and will revert to you when I
return.
