Dont be fooled by a special event, contact the competition chairman of
various clubs in your area before you fall in love with a particular model.
It's entirely possible that a 914 is an excepted car for most east coast
events, but neither CSRG or HMSA ( Monterey Historics ) will allow you to
race on the west coast and all of these factors affect the eventual resale
value.
