FIA rules for racing sportscars

Can anyone advise where I can get a photocopy of the FIA rule book for
racing sportscars which would have been in effect in 1960? Particularly
interested in Appendix J which applies to Grand Touring cars. This is the
rule book which would been used at Sebring / Targa Florio / LeMans / RAC
Tourist Trophy races in that year.
