Searching "The Monster List" http://www.dimebank.com/monster/vendors.html
for "BSP Whitworth" yields 9 companies that may help you in
your quest (hmm, Dave Bean isn't one of them, gotta fix that).

The most likely, in my experience, are

Metric and Multistandard Corporation
BAT British-American Transfer
British Tools and Fasteners
British Cycle Supply Company

and Dave Bean.

You may have to find a friend with a small lathe to make those odd-sized
metric bolts. But try Newco:

Name: Neil Mangia
Company: Newco
Address: 18050 Saticoy Street
             Reseda, CA 91335-3253
Phone: (818) 344-4110
             (818) 344-5935 fax

He makes up oddball stuff for the restoration trade and might
possbily be able to help or point you in the right direction.
