young lady answered. and yes they are still in business.

I don't mean to be insulting but did you remember to dial 1.

Rolf, et al.,

I tried this number (which agrees with my own records on GB's place) and I 
now get an answering maching that says "This is Bill Blackburn of 
Auto911"  Anyone know what's going on here?  I've never actually managed to 
speak to a real person at this number.  Is GB out of business??
