Found a great solution to the hub center problem on the vixev/2500 alloy
wheels.... early "GEO" plastic hub center. There are two types one with
a lot of metal behind it and one all plastic with just a flat cir clip.
the plastic / circlip kind is what you need. Can't tell you the model of
the GEO but will try to find out
