as i understand, and im open to being set right.the us has demanded that t=
he uk collect the tarrifs prior to shipping.however there is no sytem in pl=
ace to get those funds into the hands of the usa.consequently some are char=

which seems to have a much better understanding, and lower cost, for shippi=
ng and tariffs.
